On 14 and 15 November, Victory Net Foundation held the first edition of the Swiss NET Day in Lausanne, in collaboration with the CHUV, the Vaud Cancer League, and SwissNET.
This event brought together scientific experts, patients, caregivers, and paramedical professionals around a shared goal: improving understanding, communication, and support related to Neuroendocrine Tumors.
Over two days, conference, panel discussions, and moments of exchange made it possible to address complex topics through a clear and accessible approach.
Participants highlighted:
a strong sense of unity within the community;
the importance of sharing experiences between patients, caregivers, and professionals;
the successful simplification of technical terms that are often difficult to grasp;
structured and easily accessible information.
This first Swiss NET Day has established itself as an essential space for information, listening, and collaboration for all stakeholders involved in Neuroendocrine Tumors.
We would like to thank all speakers and participants for the quality of the discussions and their commitment.
We look forward to seeing you next year to continue this constructive momentum.
